What MMG
Delivers

Three tiers. One methodology. Calibrated to the complexity of your challenge — from a focused working session to a full multi-stakeholder engagement.

01

MMG Facilitation

Expert facilitation of your focused internal meeting, working session, or full-day offsite using MMG's battle-tested process methodology. Best for teams with a defined agenda who need a skilled neutral party to hold structure, manage conflict, and produce clear decisions.

Every facilitation — even a half-day session — draws on the same ABC methodology as the flagship Mind Meeting. That's your clearest differentiator from a generic facilitator.

  • Brief intake call to align on goals and agenda
  • Pre-session agenda design (full-day)
  • Structured session using ABC process
  • Protected brainstorming and red-team pressure-testing
  • Decision-grade convergence
  • Post-session synthesis note

02

Complexity Diagnostic

A structured one-day session to define your complex challenge precisely before investing in a full multi-stakeholder engagement. Leaders navigating a complex challenge often underestimate the importance of problem definition — the Diagnostic ensures you're solving the right problem in the right way.

The output is not a slide deck. It's a precise problem statement, stakeholder map, and strategic brief — including a fit assessment for next steps and an honest recommendation on whether a full Mind Meeting is warranted.

  • Problem intake and pre-session leader interviews
  • Full-day structured diagnostic session
  • ABC process + MMG problem structure framework
  • Precise problem statement
  • Stakeholder map with roles and incentives
  • Strategic brief with next-step fit assessment

03

The Mind Meeting

MMG's flagship offering. A three-day intensive workshop that convenes your internal cross-functional team together with the external "village" of stakeholders who control real-world constraints — system partners, regulators, payers, funders, implementation actors, and others whose coordination is required for your strategy to succeed.

The outcome is not a slide deck or an input report. It is an execution-ready strategic plan — co-created, pressure-tested, and owned by the people who must implement it. With named owners and committed timelines.

For complex initiative launches, major system changes, and any challenge where the answer is knowable but not executable without assembling the right village and forcing real trade-offs.

  • 4–6 weeks pre-work: diagnostic interviews
  • Participant mix design
  • Briefing package development
  • Full 3P methodology (People, Process, Problem Structure)
  • Three-day facilitated workshop
  • Execution-ready strategic plan
  • Named owners and committed timelines
  • Comprehensive decision record
  • Optional 60–90 day check-in

How We Work

Most strategy engagements separate the thinking from the deciding, and the deciding from the doing. MMG doesn't. The 3P Framework sets the conditions — right people, right problem, right process. The ABC Methodology moves the group to a committed decision. Together, they make execution-ready strategy possible.

The ABC Methodology

Analyze. Brainstorm. Choose.

The backbone of every MMG engagement. Analyze structures the problem and maps the real constraint — not the presenting symptom. Brainstorm surfaces all viable options and red-teams the dominant view before anyone commits. Choose forces a decision — real commitment with named owners, timelines, and the structural conditions for implementation to hold.

The 3P Framework

People. Process. Problem Structure.

Every Mind Meeting is designed around three dimensions: the right People in the room (the full stakeholder village, not just the internal team), a Process architecture that forces real trade-offs rather than polite consensus, and a precise Problem Structure that ensures the group is solving the right challenge — not the most comfortable one. These three dimensions must be present simultaneously. Remove any one of them and the engagement fails.
