NESDIS

The National Environmental Satellite, Data, and Information Service (NESDIS) is a 700-employee, $3B U.S. government agency within the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). NESDIS  provides secure and timely access to global environmental data and information from satellites and other sources to promote and protect the nation’s security, environment, economy, and quality of life.

We helped NESDIS align on an enterprise-level strategy to collaborate better across departmental silos, innovate faster, become more customer-centric, diversify their workforce, and better leverage working relationships with NASA and other partners.
